Mountains are the bosom of Mother Earth from which the vital liquid of every being springs, water nourishes us just like milk, it nourishes every living manifestation without asking for anything in return. It’s the fountain of life that descends infinitely, and irrigates the surface giving rise to all kinds of leaves and creatures, perfect creation in the spontaneous balance that living beings establish: nothing is left over, nothing lacks: everything is given, the conditions are favorable; in her infinite wisdom, the mother provides what her offspring need.

Mountains are complex ecosystems that sustain exorbitant life forms. Natural springs are woven into streams that then flow into rivers until finally reaching the sea, just as blood flows through the veins. All manifestations of life need water to survive, every element that nature composes lends a service to another, forming a synergetic chain that acts as evidence for the perfection of creation. It’s not a spontaneous formula of random evolution, rather of the absolute will of the superior.

Early human beings have always been conscious of superior creation, in nature they have recognized reasons to show respect for the sanctuaries in which they live, the humility to serve who serves, in an affectionate and grateful reciprocity to Mother Earth, the sensibility to recognize oneself as inferior to be able to learn, just like a child learns from his parents; that’s why original peoples possess a strong link with nature. She has taught them what’s necessary to exist gently within in their environment, which is also our brother.

The mountain, it’s peaks, hills and valleys, have been a shelter for humanity; the place of origin and return toward the superior, to the autocrat who disposes with magical exactitude the knowable and unknowable to man. The recognition of this truth in the use of common sense is the the way toward balance, demonstrating humility is an elevated position, as high as the hills’ the other path brings us to the destruction of fundamental principles, to exploitation, and the connection with the mountain, with our Mother, is lost.
